Learning Leader - Cosmetology
To motivate mentor, and coach Future Professionals in customer-focused service and create rich learning experiences on the clinic floor. Learning Leaders run and maintain all clinic floor operations. *oversees clinic floor, Wash House, dispensary, service desk and Color Bar *coaches the morning and afternoon teams *creates smooth transition from morning to afternoon shifts *checks each service to ensure that all guest services include consultation, add-on services, and take-home recommendations *inspects clinic areas to maintain cleanliness, control clutter, and clean stations *tracks and completes all chemical releas cards, and guest service tickets *directs Future Professionals clinic floor learning facilitating mini-classes and learning center that incorporate all multiple intelligences and creating a variety of clinic floor learning opportunities *coach Future Professionals to follow state board rules for sanitation and service safetydetails
